When Will I Get My Order？
Under normal circumstances, the total delivery time is 10-25 days, and the specific time is your location (not including processing).
Please note that delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Does not include customs clearance or order processing.
United States: 10-25 days on average
Canada: 10-25 days on average
Europe: 10-25 days on average
Australia: 10-25 days on average
All others: 15-30 days on average

The incidental items in the order may depart from different appointment locations and may arrive at different locations.

Why Is My Tracking Info Not Updating?
Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update (the package(s) are on shipping containers in the middle of the ocean).
When the item lands in your country, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. You can track it by simply entering your tracking ID included in your shipping confirmation email into the official local post website. You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.
